This website and store are operated by Bryan’s 3D Prints. By accessing our store and purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
Products & Manufacturing
All products sold are created using 3D printing technology and are made-to-order. Due to this process, items may contain natural characteristics such as layer lines, minor surface imperfections, or slight variations in color and finish. These are normal and not considered defects.
Orders & Payments
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud or pricing errors.
No Return Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the issue is a direct result of our error.
Eligible issues include:
- Incorrect item received
- Major manufacturing defect
- Item damaged during transit
To report an issue, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photo evidence.
Non-Defect Conditions
The following are not considered valid reasons for returns, refunds, or replacements:
- Layer lines or visible print lines
- Minor imperfections or blemishes
- Slight color or finish differences
- Small dimensional tolerances
- Stringing or minor support marks
- Damage caused by misuse or improper handling
By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept these characteristics.
Shipping & Handling
Processing times vary depending on the product and order volume. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled.
Limitation of Liability
Bryan’s 3D Prints shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.
Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the store constitutes acceptance of any changes.
