Refund policy

Returns & Refunds Eligibility
We only accept returns or offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • The item arrives damaged due to packaging or handling
  • The wrong item was sent
  • The product has a significant defect caused during our production process

To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

Non-Returnable Situations
The following are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Visible layer lines (a normal characteristic of 3D printing)
  • Minor surface imperfections
  • Slight variations in color or finish
  • Small dimensional tolerances or differences
  • Stringing, minor blemishes, or support marks
  • Issues caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear

By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept that 3D printed items may have slight imperfections inherent to the process.

Resolution Process
If your claim is approved, we will:

  • Send a replacement item, or
  • Issue a refund at our discretion

We do not offer refunds or replacements for issues outside of our control.

Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After production begins, cancellations are no longer accepted.
